When Margie Zable Fisher, President of Zable Fisher Public Relations was a child, she liked to play “office,” not “school.”
“I have always loved business,” she says. “I love reading business books and magazines. I love talking about business. I love brainstorming. Business is my passion.”
So it’s no surprise that most of her work experience prior to starting Zable Fisher Public Relations was involved with helping small businesses grow.
In fact, what differentiates Margie from other P.R. folks is the fact that she is a businessperson first, and a P.R. person second.
In addition to her business experience, Margie has a B.S. in Finance from the Boston College School of Management, and an MBA from
“I may be the only Public Relations person (oops, businessperson who understands P.R.) who has a Finance Degree (and an M.B.A.).” While most P.R. folks run screaming from numbers (remember, most P.R. folks were Journalism or Communication Majors), Margie embraces them. And understanding numbers is critical to every business.
Margie also has a top-notch team. She believes that no successful business owner gets where he/she is without a top-notch team. The Zable Fisher Public Relations team is made up of the best media specialists, operations and administrative people around the country and abroad. They are at the top of their specialties; no junior folks here.
