Biography of Lawrence (Larry)
A Co-founder and Partner of Bridge Partners LLC, Larry has conducted in excess of 150 senior- level diversity assignments. These assignments have ranged from CFO's, CMO's and CIO's, to Directors and Vice Presidents.
Larry has conducted searches for a variety of industries, including consumer goods, retail, financial services and industrial. He has been in executive search since 1986 and has served businesses ranging from small private firms to middle-market and multinational public companies.
Larry was previously co-head of Whitehead Mann's Diversity practice and a consultant in the Consumer team. Earlier in his career, he was a member of Korn/Ferry International's worldwide Consumer practice. Before that he spent five years as a consultant with Richard Clarke Associates, where he conducted targeted assignments in the information services, consumer goods and non-profit sectors.
